Frankly, we have never had an agent who worked so hard for us. In spite of having been in Escrow five times, the documentation for securing a loan was like something we had never experienced. Having been preapproved, we expected to close on time. Well, no the loan offer was pulled in the middle of escrow! Brad not only kept the transaction going, but also helped us get another loan. And this was after many calls to the first loan provider to secure needed documents. Believe me Brad earned his Commission! Besides he was a fun person.

Right from the start, she listened to our needs, was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable about the various districts we wanted to see, answered all our questions promptly and persisted in finding the right house for our family. She was mindful about the little things that were mentioned in our search to her and as Canadians, she appreciated the differences in law and money conversion etc. We feel we have found a new friend in her and she has given us many good tips about various aspects of the area around us and also about local shopping areas, places to visit etc….she was always in touch, despite the distance and she ultimately found our lovely vacation home!
